At Tarot Club, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience for all customers. Please note that orders placed with an incorrect address are not eligible for a refund, and we also cannot offer refunds for packages lost by the shipping carrier.

Refunds are only available if the customer cancels the order within 12 hours of placing it. Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
